I do know why Michael decided to take his own life, because he didn't want to lie. And I can't dishonor him by telling a lie now. Underwood (whispers): Claire Mrs Underwood: I was trying to convince him to say that he broke the law. To thank President Petrov. But he refused because he didn't want to leave until the law was repealed. Until the Russians who were arrested for the same crime were also released.
